The Kaywon University of Art and Design is a 100% art design specialized university and cultivates leaders who lead the creative cultural industry through the education based on imagination, creativity, and science and technology, and provides the education that shows off creative capabilities as creators.

As an action plan for this, the president will directly take care of performance management, check the implementation of each indicator and task, and support the education to cultivate competitive creators.
